How do I order food?

There are several ways you can order our food! To guarantee you reserve your food, ordering through our website is the fastest and easiest way. The site is up-to-date on our current stock.

You may also send us an order request through our email (located at the top and bottom of each website page, and on our Contact Us page).

Feel free to give us a call to place an order for pickup (504-404-2398). If we do not answer, please leave a voicemail. 

Lastly, come find us at a farmer’s/vendor’s market!  We will post on our Instagram (@MunchieMagicVA) and update the website as we join new markets.

Do you deliver?

At this time, we do not offer delivery. Only local pickup.

How do I get the food?

Currently, we only offer local pickup. You can place an order online, by email/phone, or come find us a a market. However, at most markets, it is first com first serve. Pre-ordering guarantees we will have your food at pickup.

After you place an order, you should receive an email confirmation with your order, pickup date, time, and location. 

Come to your pickup location on your chosen date/time and we will hand you your Munchies!

How do I pay?

You can pay online or in-person. Online, we accept credit, debit, or PayPal. In person, we accept credit, debit, and cash. 

You must pay online if you want to order through the website.

How do I prepare the food?

Please refer to the label on the food you purchased. 

Heating/cooking instructions are also available on each individual product page.

What are the ingredients / allergens in your food?

Should I let my food thaw?

No. All of our food should be kept frozen. All of our food should be cooked from frozen.

Do you / Will you offer further food options?

Yes! We are a brand new company, but we are constantly working on new menu items to offer our customers.

Yes! We are a brand new company, so we are still making business connections and finding places to set up our pickup table.
